Croissant Rolls

2 tablespoons of yeast
¼ cup of warm water
½ cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
½ cup of oil
¾ cup of milk
3 eggs
4 ½ cups of flour

Mix the yeast until it is dissolved in the warm water. Set aside. Combine the sugar, salt, oil and milk. Once mixed together, mix in the yeast mixture. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the flour, one cup at a time. Knead the dough well, cover and let it rise for one hour. Divide dough into two balls. Roll out each ball and cut it, like you would a pie, into twelve pieces. Roll each piece from the large end to the small end. Place on baking sheet. Cover and let them rise for one hour. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
