French Toast

8 slices of bread
2 eggs
¼ cup of milk
1 teaspoon of sugar
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add eggs and milk, then stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Dip both sides of a slice of bread into the batter and cook on a lightly greased frying pan until golden brown. Flip the slice of bread over and cook until golden brown. Serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar and maple syrup.
