German pancakes

6 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt

Heat oven to 400º with a tablespoon of butter in a 9 x 10 glass dish to melt. Once butter has melted, take dish out to cool, prior to pouring in the batter, and coat inside of dish with melted butter. Once dish is cool, pour in batter and cook for 15 minutes, until fluffy. Decrease oven temperature to 350º for 8 - 10 minutes.
