Kathy’s Soft Ginger Snaps

2 cups of sugar
1 ½ cups of vegetable oil
2 eggs
½ cup of molasses
4 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of ginger
1 teaspoon of salt
4 cups of flour

Cream the sugar, oil and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into balls and roll into sugar. Bake 350º for 8 minutes.
